Shamanic Breath Work

Shamanic Breath Work

Every day, human beings wake up with a true desire to be better, but deep inside, their “inner child,” constantly sabotages their progress.

Shamanic breathing is a therapeutic breathing technique to free emotional blockages. This technique aids to reduce continuous thoughts that, in many cases, are the product of childhood experiences.

In general terms, think of Shamanic Breathing as a massage, but instead of massage is breath work and instead of someone doing the massage on you, you are being guided so you can apply your own breathing on specific areas and chakras where you have accumulated emotional stress. The idea is to free the internal child that lives within you, so you can move on in those specific areas and continue the path that you are supposed to live.

Shamanic breathing includes kinesthetic meditation When the practitioner includes an intention into the work, the work is guided into a successful outcome. Shamanic breathing changes and reprograms the self through breathing RIGHT HERE RIGHT NOW. Shamanic breathing combines core concepts of mindfulness, hypnosis, regression, progression, mind programming, anchoring and yoga to facilitate the individual to rewrite their life story at different stages. This workshop is recommended for anyone who is willing to explore what has stopped them from growing and is willing to move on. By combining yoga’s basic pose, Savasana (lying on the flat back), with conscious breathing, we are able to go back to those moments in which our “inner child” was intentionally or unintentionally anchored to a non-productive situation. Though observation, incantation and breath work, your life story can be rewritten.

The regular and constant practice of this technique certainly helps us to open up our minds and give peace to our souls.

This “life journey” exercise is designed to heal wounds allowing you to become a more conscious human being who is willing to awaken the “avatar” that sleeps within.
